Ironclad therapists provide massage to women in all stages of pregnancy. We use a side lying system of pillows and bolsters to ensure your comfort. Common aches and pains associated with pregnancy are lower back pain, sciatica, tightness and tingling in the arms and hands. Massage can help alleviate all of these! Our therapists have either trained in house or with an outside source to provide this massage.

Lymphatic massage is used to address trapped or sluggish movement of lymphatic fluid. We most commonly use this massage post plastic surgery or after cancer treatments such as mastectomy where lymph nodes have been removed and there is excess swelling. This massage modality is a very light touch! The goal is to move the fluid that rests just below the skin and not to affect muscle tissue. Our therapists must be certified either in house or through an outside source to provide this massage.

Wood Therapy

Wood Therapy is a comprehensive treatment that uses wooden instruments to mold, redefine and shape the body. Great for those on a current health improvement journey and for post-operative care after approximately four to six weeks of healing. 

Benefits: Promote vascularity and muscle definition, aids in fibrosis and scar tissue reduction, reduces localized fat, lessens the appearance of cellulite and can reduce muscle tension.

Cavitation

During an ultrasonic cavitation procedure non invasive machines are used to target specific areas on the body with low frequency sound waves and in some cases suction. These waves work to break down fat deposits and are then excreted by the lymphatic and circulatory systems. 

Benefits: Pain free no down time, quick and effective, can target specific areas, shrinking fat cells, contouring your body, reduces the appearance of cellulite.

Radio Frequency

Radiofrequency is a nonsurgical method of tightening your skin.This procedure involves using energy waves to heat the dermis (or deep layer of your skin). This heat stimulates the production of collagen.

Benefits: Tightens the skin, reduces appearance of wrinkles, reduces saggy skin, promotes collagen production and lessens the appearance of cellulite.  

Here at Ironclad radio frequency is combined with cavitation. Cavitation shrinking the fat cells and radio frequency tightening the skin. 

Please Note: Cavitation does not destroy the fat cell; rather it empties them of their contents (mainly triglycerides and fatty acids). Thus these cells are capable of storing fat again. A balanced diet in addition to exercise is the only way to ensure lasting results. Results will vary depending on individual health history, body type, and consistency toward treatment. Multiple sessions are advised for the best efficacy.
